Our Ontario, CA facility plays a pivotal role in serving the Western United States, as well as portions of Mexico, with cutting-edge recycling and repurposing solutions. Annually, the facility processes over 8.5 million cases of distressed alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage products. Additionally, it specializes in recycling brewing residuals, providing a comprehensive waste management solution for the beverage industry. Mike our Louisville facility, the Ontario location converts liquid contents from cased beverages, bulk tanker loads, and railcar shipments into valuable feedstock for ethanol production. Through fermentation and distillation processes, fermentable sugars and ethyl alcohol components are transformed into fuel-grade and industrial-grade waste-derived ethanol.
This recycled ethanol serves critical functions in modern energy and industrial sectors. Major oil companies utilize it as a clean air additive in "E" gasoline blends, while industrial clients utilize Specially Denatured Alcohol (SDA) for a variety of applications. By turning waste into renewable energy, our Ontario facility provides a platform to help customers reach their sustainability objectives.
The facility is certified by the Tax & Trade Bureau as a bonded Distilled Spirits Plant and Wine Cellar (T.T.B. # DSP-CA-172, BWC-CA-5629, BR-CA-UPP1). This means that applicable shipments may be received “IN Bond”, saving our customers significant amounts of prepaid tax dollars.
